Mini sesh sneak
Editing has taken over my life - okay, maybe not my life, but at least my son's nap time - but I'm loving how these mini-session images are turning out! I haven't finished editing all of the families, but here are a few faves from the ones that I have.

C Twins *Dunwoody Newborn Photographer*
The ONLY thing cuter than a newborn baby (even my own - sorry H!) is TWO newborn babies. Just 6 days old, 5 pounds each, and fresh from the hospital, these two little sweeties - boy H and girl H - were a dream to photograph. I don't think I've ever seen such tiny babies, and being born a few weeks early, they were wonderfully sleepy and snuggly. Several of these images (including the first 2 I'll post) are my favorite images to date, and I can honestly say that the shoot would not have been so successful without awesome Mama C and her great picture ideas! She was seriously incredible. I don't think I could even remember my name when Hayden was 6 days old. I feel blessed to have been able to capture the double blessing of these sweet babies and hope their proud parents enjoy!

Confession: Although I was, am, and always will be a girlie girl at heart, I feel like I know nothing about little girls anymore. Or at least very little. From the moment the ultrasound technician told my husband and I we were having a boy (which he promptly celebrated with a fist pump), life has been all about blue, cars, trains, rocks, dirt, and recently - bugs (ew!). And I love every minute of it. But there's something about sweet little A (just 9 days younger than my Hayden) that makes me dream of bows, frilly dresses, and ruffles. She's so innately girlie, although I'm sure watching her mama's love of handbags and shoes contributes as well!
It's so fun so see how much Miss A has changed in a year, and her family has been such a blessing to me as we've grown as friends. I can't wait to see what this year brings for their family!

And lastly, her "mean face." Love.

The M family *Loganville Family Photographer*
I love Easter. The warm feeling of spring in the air, little boys and girls dressed in pastels, plenty of time with family, yummy food, and the much needed reminder of the power of Christ. The M family clearly shares my love of Easter, and I was thrilled when Mama M contacted me about a post-Easter family session. In fact, the M's are all about their holidays - remember their Christmas session?
The location was beautiful and, as usual, brother and sister were dressed in adorably coordinated outfits. Mama M brought some adorable props, including custom Easter baskets and eggs. Miss A was curious and lively while little E was a dream and never seemed to run out of smiles. I'll stop now and let you see for yourselves!

You know what else I love? Repeat clients. It means the world to me to be trusted with images of your precious families more than once. You know who you are!
