This precious newborn session with an adorable (and already stylish!) baby girl is way too sweet not to share. Some of my favorite images from recent newborn sessions have been with siblings or parents, and here it's clear to see that her 4 year old big sis adores her!

It's that time of year again - time to catch up on alllll the sessions I want to blog from the past 6+ months! I use my Facebook page MUCH more regularly to post sneak peeks of sessions, so please "like" that page if you want to see more frequent updates from KDP! This first session is of a sweet friend (and amazing mama!) and her family of 6. She had a PRECIOUS baby girl after 3 boys and celebrating her first birthday was full of all sorts of girly fun!

I always love hanging out with the adorable B family. I first met them right before their little girl was born, and sweet M girl gets prettier every year. And I think she's looking more and more like her gorgeous mama! It's hard to believe 2's are ever "terrible" looking at this girl's happy face! Here are a few I can't help but share:

As much as I love my family sessions, it's sometimes exciting for me to get to do something a little different, and this precious mother/daughter maternity session was so fun! Mama R and her sweet little girl are clearly gorgeous, and they wanted a few special pictures together at my favorite field before baby sister arrived. (She's now here, and I can't wait to share that newborn session!) It was hard to choose favorites from this session, but here are a few I love:

I always love meeting up with the gorgeous A family and their super photogenic little girls, and last fall in Downtown Duluth was no exception! I'm not sure if I've mentioned it on this blog before, but Tracy (mama A) has an awesome paper company called Sweet Peach Paperie, and her stuff is amazing! So far she's done 2 birthday party collections, a Christmas card, and a birth announcement for us, and I will definitely continue using her in the future! If you haven't yet, you should check her out on Facebook or her website! Now onto this sweet family's fall cuteness:

fall mini sessions '12 (part one)

I had mini sessions last fall at one of my favorite autumn locations. I family friend was so sweet to let me utilize her gorgeous yard for a weekend of fall holiday fun! It was the second time I've used this spot for mini sessions, and my very pregnant self needed a beautiful space that didn't require tons of walking/ This spot is on the Chattahoochee, and the weather was perfect! I had so many great families join me (so many that I have to split these peeks into 2 posts), so here's part one:

KDP spring minis 2013

Happiest spring to all! Well, at least it feels like spring today - who knows about tomorrow! But SURELY by May we'll be having some consistently warmer weather, and my spring mini sessions are quickly approaching. I'm excited to share all the details!

And what is a mini session, you ask? It's a fun, quick session at a discounted rate at a gorgeous location that I've chosen. Whether you choose to have your whole family photographed or simply your baby, children, or teen, spring minis are the perfect time to capture treasured and updated images of your loved ones! Here is what's happening:

When: Saturday & Sunday, May 4-5.

Where: McDaniel Farm Park in Duluth. A relatively new location for me, I did lots of sessions there last fall and loved how each and every one turned out! There are plenty of cool backdrops, including a bridge, barn, wooden fences, and little paths. Here's a little peek of some of the sessions I did there last fall:

Investment: $125 for a 30-40 minute session and your 15 best, creatively enhanced images on a high resolution CD.

Time Slots:

(They are a little different this year because I need to accommodate a nursing baby!)
